Download the excel data file

Click on one of the cells inside the data set  —>  On the Data tab, in the Data Tools group, click Remove Duplicate (a dialog box appears.)  —>  Leave all the check boxes checked and click OK  —>  Excel removes all the same rows (blue) except the first one row (yellow).

To remove rows with the same value in some columns, perform the following steps.

For example, delete rows with the same last name and country  —> Check last name and country and click OK.
